DRIPSEAL PJS – 43

A revolutionary product is on the way. DRIPSEAL PJS – 43 (PIPE JOINT SEALANT). World wide lead is being used for sealing C.I. pipe joints till now. DRIPSEAL PJS-43 would change the conventional and long old method of sealing the C.I. pipe joint with lead. It would totally replace the lead used for sealing C.I. pipe joints. It is one of its own kind products in India.

It salient features include excellent bonding, high compressive strength, waterproof, chemical resistance. Cold application, easy to apply, so les labour cost, no wastage environment friendly, non-toxic and above all very much economical.

Nearly 50 % of total consumption of Lead is being imported in our country. So it is an IMPORT SUBSTITUTE, which would result in saving the valuable Foreign Exchange. Some time the construction activity is to be stopped for the want of Imported Lead.

Other features of DRIPSEAL PJS-43 are as follows:-

�  Cold application. Available in two pack system, just mix both parts homogeneously and fill in the joint. 

�   Cures at room temperature. Setting time 4 to 6 hours. 

�   Easy to apply with over all less labour cost. 

�   High bonding strength and compressive strength. 

�   Water curing, heating or hammering is not required. 

�   It is non shrinkable after setting. 

�   It can withstand hydraulic pressure upto 40 Kg/cm² 

�   Provides leakproof joint for long life. 

�   Low density as 1.95 gm/c.c. as compared to Lead 11.35 gm/c.c., so 1.95/11.35=1/5.82, nearly 1/6th consumption and the resultant cost is very much economical. 

�   Low transportation cost. 

�   No heating, no pollution, so it is environment friendly. 

�  Chemical resistance and waterproof

CEMPROMARK

CEMPROMARK is a liquid integral waterproofing admixture for cement based mortar & concrete. It induces dense, non-shrinking, slippery filler in the interslices between cement, sand & aggregate and forms a colloidal mix. I prevents disintegration and cracking, makes the hardened surface watertight, reduces permeability thus increases the waterproofing effect by many folds.
